One parcel belongs to the estate, the other parcel is leased. This cuvee consists of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. The excellent 2008 vintage is becoming more and more difficult to find, but this release is also noteworthy for its value pricing!! Winner of a gold medal at the 2016 World of Sparkling Wine competition in Brussels, and two coveted stars in the Hachette Guide 2018. AN ABSOLUTE BARGAIN AT THIS PRICE!!
"Georges Gaucher develops the winery at the end of the Second World War. His son Bernard launched his champagne in 1985. In 2015, Guillaume joined the farm, which covers 25 ha. The nose displays a complex and mature aromatic palette mixing pear, peach, apricot confit, dried fruits and honey notes. In the same vein, the mouth is intense, fleshy and persistent, marked in the final by noble bitter. A balanced champagne, fruity and structured."
