A dry red wine made from organically farmed Garnatxa Negra planted on decomposing granite. After destemming, the grapes begin a process of maceration fermentation for 15 days at 22°C in stainless steel tanks to extract the maximum of fruity aromas. Afterwards, the grapes are gently pressed, and after the malolactic fermentation is completed in vats, the wine is immediately bottled.
Big red cherry, ripe strawberry fruit aromas and flavors. Rustic style, but soft tannins make this red very easy to drink.
