Fragrant and delicate nose that features cut lime, lemon and apple, combining with Kaffir leaf, Thai basil, lemongrass, chia seeds and wet stone. The palate is crisp and bright with racy acidity and a fine mineral thread. Lemon pith and lime are present throughout with subtle texture and hints of sesame.
“A super clear and fresh nose with a wealth of vibrant lime and lemon aromas, as well as a gently herbal, leafy nuance. The palate has fresh, dry and juicy appeal with a very long, pure and attractive line of acidity. Drink or hold.” – 93 points, James Suckling
