A very traditional producer and correspondingly wine, with strong typicity and fresh personality, sourced exclusively from the Friulano variety, the historic vine of Collio Goriziano, planted in a breezy hills and in soils of predominantly Marnonian eocenic origin.
The harvesting of these grapes is manual. A soft and gentle pressing is followed by a short period of exposure without the protection of sulphur dioxide. Fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks with “pied de cuvee grafting” (still no sulfur until bottling) at controlled temperature. Aging takes place on the lees for 8 months.
