Another “wow” wine from this producer, the 2023 Pinot Noir Saveria Vineyard is from a Corralitos site, cool in any vintage but especially this one. Five percent of the grapes were whole-cluster fermented, the medium bodied result showing ridiculously inviting elements of white pepper, earthy, savory cardamom and clove, and a depth of red berry fruit. Soft, velvety tannins make it all the more delicious on the lengthy mid-palate, with wellintegrated tannins and oak playing well with both the fruit and outstanding acidity. Enjoy best 2025-2035.
