- Aroma: Complex and potent, featuring notes of wild forest fruits (dark cherry, blackberry) seamlessly blended with toasted wood nuances like vanilla, toffee, and sweet spices.
- Palate: Powerful yet pleasant, the mid-palate is fleshy and “glyceric” (smooth texture) with well-balanced acidity.
- Finish: Long and persistent, often showing hints of balsamic and a distinct mineral complexity typical of high-altitude Ribera del Duero terroir.
- Grapes: 100% Tinta del País (Tempranillo) sourced from estate vineyards.
