Description
Typically a fall release, this wine has become a tradition on the Thanksgiving table since we sold the first vintage of 2007 back in 2009. We are pleased to offer this NEW RELEASE whenever!
Curt Schalchlin’s Sans Liege (sahn leej — “without allegiance”!) THE OFFERING has cultivated an enormous following at The Wine Consultant. After sampling, we can attest to The Offering’s bright, fresh and compelling ripe strawberries, balsamic notes, blood orange zest, mint and thyme garrigue, finely ground cinnamon and white pepper nuances. Medium bodied. Focused, buoyant, and mouth filling, this wine is lip smacking delicious now, but should fill out more and age gracefully for another 7-9+ years as proven by The Offering’s outstanding track record. 15.2% alcohol. Best in another 2 years.
