Back again!  It’s been a couple of years since we were able to procure this delicious Cava!  And this new edition of the “Barcelona” again provides great quality value, and is the perfect celebratory aperitif for entertaining or gift giving! The very attractive sparkling wine is again adorned with a new, strikingly beautiful Antonio Gaudi “Trencadis” (modern mosaic) styled bottle.

Last evening our bottle displayed persistent and lively, high energy bubbles. Fresh, dry and zesty with lovely citrus and apple aromas and flavors, this Cava is a traditional blend of organically farmed Penedes varieties; 50% Macabeo, 35% Parellada, 15% Xarello. Up to 24 months in bottle before release.
