Description

The 2025 Domaine des Escaravailles Côtes-du-Rhône Rosé ‘Les Antimagnes’ is a complex, well structured rosé produced by the Domaine des Escaravailles estate in the Southern Rhône Valley, France. Managed by the Ferran family, this estate is highly regarded for its refreshing high-altitude terroirs.

50% Grenache Noir, 30% Mourvèdre, and 20% Cinsault; hand-picked before dawn from the “Les Antimagnes” plot in Villedieu. The vineyard is bordered by woods and features sandy soils at an altitude of 340 meters. The grapes are fully destemmed, macerated for 4 hours, gently pressed, and fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks and three old oak barrels.  Drink over the next five years.

A deep pink color. Aromas of wild peach and acacia blossom. The palate is smooth and generous, with an airy, thirst-quenching freshness. A structured, gastronomic rosé with a supple, mineral mouthfeel.  Extremely versatile!  Enjoy by itself or paired with fresh goat cheese, salmon carpaccio, tuna tartar, duck rillettes, grilled marinated vegetables, herbs de Provence chicken skewers, or grilled whole snapper or rockfish!
